Wedding Day photography

We believe to tell the story as it unfolds. We begin by offering an optional pre-wedding engagement shoot. The wedding day itself usually starts off with the groom relaxing before the big event, followed by a whirlwind of excitement as the bride prepares for the day ahead. Continuing through to the arrivals at church, the service, congratulations afterwards, group and family photos.

As all of this can be very overwhelming for the couple. We therefore take you away for a while to do an intimate, more private shoot of the two of you alone together for the first time as husband and wife – a moment to take it all in. These first shots are often the most touching images from the whole day, marking the start of your journey through life together.

We finish off the day at the reception after the first dance and formalities (speeches, etc.) are finished. Remember the length of time that you see your photographer on the day itself, is just the tip of the iceberg.

The magic happens

We then begin spending many days sorting photos, ensuring colours are accurate, designing and assembling albums. Depending on your package, the artistically enhanced images are then collaborated for you to enjoy in a professionally-designed DVD slideshow and storybook / wedding album.

Cherish your memories

As important as a budget is, you must realise that it’s not all about money. Flowers will wilt, food and wine are consumed and a great party becomes a faded memory over time. However, aside from your rings (and your spouse of course!), the photographs are the only tangible reminder you will keep from the whole day.
